International Orders & Returns Policy

International Orders

Oz OverBoots is based in the United Kingdom and supplies customers worldwide. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your purchase will be shipped from the United Kingdom and may be subject to the customs requirements, duties, taxes and import regulations of your destination country.

Returns

International customers may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order, provided the items are unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Before returning any item, you must contact us at info@ozoverboots.co.uk to obtain return authorisation and our return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment of their order. Oz OverBoots does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international returns.

Original shipping charges paid when placing your order are non-refundable.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees

The sender is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance charges and any other costs associated with returning goods to the United Kingdom.

Returned parcels must be clearly declared as "Returned Goods" or "Returned Merchandise" and accompanied by the appropriate customs documentation.

We are unable to accept parcels where duties, taxes or other charges are payable on delivery. Any such charges must be paid by the sender before the parcel can be released by UK customs.

If a returned parcel is refused entry into the United Kingdom, returned to the sender due to unpaid charges, or delayed because of incorrect customs documentation, we will be unable to process a refund until the goods have been successfully received and inspected.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

If you require a different size, colour or product, you should return your original purchase for a refund (subject to this policy) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to credit your account.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been successfully received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Any item that has been worn, used, damaged or altered by the customer.
  • Items returned outside the 30-day return period.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with details of the issue and, where possible, photographs. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Policy Applicability

This International Orders & Returns Policy applies to all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom and should be read in conjunction with our Refund Policy.

Where there is any inconsistency between this International Orders & Returns Policy and our standard Refund Policy, the terms of this International Orders & Returns Policy shall take precedence for international orders.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
