How long will my order take to be delivered?

- damage from sharp objects, machinery or chemicals
- water damage, as Redbacks are not fully waterproof
- damage caused by drying boots with direct heat, such as radiators or fires
Can you process warranty claims for Redbacks bought elsewhere?

No – we can only process warranty claims for boots purchased directly from Oz OverBoots. If your boots were purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly.
Are worn or damaged soles covered?

Soles wearing down over time is classed as normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty. If there is a clear manufacturing fault with the sole within the warranty period, please contact us with photos so we can assess it.
How do I make a Redback warranty claim?

Is stitching damage covered?
