I bought this item for when I'm out metal detecting, they work perfectly in fact I'm even using them when I dig my veggy patch .
I'm impressed with the fit as they don't restrict movement in any way and they stay where you put them

Seen people wearing these for years and finally took the plunge and bought 3 pairs. Absolutely do what it says on the tin!. No more dirt etc in your boots socks stay dry.Not sure how durable the plain cotton ones will be after washing but the oilskin ones just wash under the tap !!

You never get spikes,thorns grit,stones,sh*t in your boots although a touch hotter its worth it. Fabric high spec. Built to last i lost one of the velcro ones and instantly bought a new set and now i have a 3 year old spare one.
