Items should be returned in a resellable condition, folded neatly in the original packaging where possible.
If we receive any item in a condition that reduces their resale value — including but not limited to:
we reserve the right to apply a restocking deduction to reflect the cost of repackaging.

If an item is returned soiled or not in resellable condition, a further deduction may be made from the refund.
You may return items using a tracked and insured delivery service of your choice, or alternatively select a prepaid Evri returns label via our returns portal. If using your own courier, please retain your tracking details, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Please note that return postage costs are only refundable where goods are faulty or an incorrect item was supplied.
We must receive your returns within 28 days of receipt of your original order, after this time your refund cannot be processed and the goods will be returned to you. If you are unable for any reason to return within this time, please contact our customer services prior to posting.
All of our products are quality checked prior to despatch however if your purchase has arrived damaged or faulty please contact our customer service team on 01933 419465 or info@ozoverboots.co.uk before returning to determine the best course of action.
Transactions will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. If you do not see the payment within this time, please contact our support team.
