Been a Busy Week

We are busying ourselves here this morning as one of our boys is off to Beaver camp and the other to an outdoor activity party.  Luckily being farmers sons they have their waterproofs and wellies already to hand.  Once we have posted them off we can sit down and enjoy the rugby this afternoon with friends once the smallest is in bed.  All interesting matches this afternoon.  Scotland definitely have potential to rattle England and Wales could potentially scupper Ireland's Grand Slam hopes.

It  has been a good week on the farm and we have got on the majority of the fert and have loaded about 35 lorries away with wheat, barley and oats.  Certainly feels like Spring is in the air.  My husband was away in Scotland with work this week and he kept moaning about the horrific rain on the way back.  Amazingly we did not see a drop here and the ground is drying out fantastically which means everything is traveling reasonably well.  Fingers crossed the soil temperatures will start to increase enough to start some Spring drilling soon.

Oz Overboots wise we have had another good week.  I have been speaking to several Product Managers this week so fingers crossed that something will come of it.  I have received some feedback about the website this week and hope to be able to alter the check out section to make address input easier and also try to make customers more aware of the postage cost earlier in the process.   So keep looking to see if I have managed to achieve this.

I hope that everyone has a great weekend and week ahead.
