I bought a pair of boots for $200. They shipped them from the UK to Dallas, Texas.
They never clearly explained their exchange policy, and there’s nothing on their website that says exchanging sizes is practically impossible.
When I contacted them asking for help and simply requested a return address so I could exchange them for a different size, they actually suggested that I sell them on the private market instead.
I wasn’t asking for a refund—I only wanted to exchange them for the correct size!
This is unacceptable. It honestly feels like a scam.
Be careful before buying from them!!!
I purchased these sock savers after mowing long grass in dry weather in London as part of my full time job. I was sick of my boots and socks filling with debris when wareing shorts in hot weather. I wish I knew about these earlier, my two colleagues have now purchased some after witnessing my success!
